The upcoming week will be fast-tracked for corporate India as over 100 companies have their board meetings scheduled during the week. Nifty 50 stocks  like Cipla, Dr Reddy’s, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Eternal, etc., are all set to declare their numbers for Q3FY26. Major companies like Indigo, BHEL, BPCL, and Shriram Finance too will disclose their financial statements for the December quarter. Entities will also announce dividend payouts,  stock splits and bonus issues. Here is a date-wise list of some major corporate events to look out for this week:

Monday, January 19

The week will start with major companies like BHEL, Tata Capital and Hindustan Zinc announcing their financial numbers for Q3FY26. Havells has also scheduled a board meeting for this date and has said it may consider the payout of an interim dividend.

L&T’s subsidiary, LTI Mindtree, will also declare its consolidated results for the December quarter on January 19. Board meetings for Oberoi Realty, Indian Railway Finance Corporation and Punjab National Bank are also scheduled for the same date.

Tuesday, January 20

Bank of Maharashtra will pay out an interim dividend of Re 1 per share on shares with a face value of Rs 10. On the same date, NLC India has also announced an interim dividend of Rs 3.6 per share on shares with a face value of Rs 10.

On the earnings front, focus will be on alcobev company United Spirits, which may also announce an interim dividend payout. The company has set January 27 as the record date for the same.

Investors will also track the financial statements of AU Small Finance Bank, IndiaMART InterMESH and SRF.

Wednesday, January 21

Over 50 companies are scheduled to announce their financial results mid-week, with most attention likely on Nifty 50 stocks such as Eternal and Dr Reddy’s. Markets are also likely to focus on results from Hindustan Petroleum, Tata Communications and Oracle Financial Services Software.

Major companies including Dalmia Bharat, Supreme Industries and Bank of India will hold board meetings on Wednesday. KEI Industries and Jindal Stainless are also set to announce their Q3FY26 results on January 21 and may consider the declaration of interim dividends.

Additionally, Angel One has set January 21 as the record date for the payout of its first interim dividend of Rs 23 per share, with a face value of Rs 10 each. The dividend will be paid on February 23, 2026.

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company will turn ex-date on Wednesday for an interim dividend of Rs 14.85 per equity share with a face value of Re 1. The record date for the same has been set as January 21, 2026.

Also, Cian Healthcare has set January 21 as the record date for corporate action related to its resolution plan- suspension.

Thursday, January 22

Mid-week is expected to be hectic for Indian corporates, as more than 40 companies have scheduled their board meetings for Thursday. Amid the earnings announcements, special focus will be on IndiGo’s financial statements following the airline’s recent fiasco.

Major companies such as Adani Energy Solutions, V-Mart, Adani Total Gas, DLF and Zee Entertainment Enterprises will announce their Q3FY26 results on January 22.

Additionally, financial institutions including Bandhan Bank and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank have also scheduled board meetings for the same day.

On the corporate action front, DB Corp will turn ex-date on Thursday for an interim dividend of Rs 2 per share, with a face value of Rs 10 each. This will mark the company’s second dividend payout for FY26.

United Van Der Horst will also implement a stock split on this date, with its shares being subdivided from a face value of Rs 5 to Re 1.

Friday, January 23

A large number of financial statements are expected on Friday as well, with major focus on the results of NIFTY 50 stocks such as Cipla, Shriram Finance and JSW Steel.

A board meeting for Godrej Consumer Products will also be held on January 23, during which the company will consider the declaration of an interim dividend. Other companies like BPCL, MCX and Adani Green will also announce their results on the same date.

From the banking sector, DCB Bank and IndusInd Bank will declare their financial numbers on Friday.

Additionally, Central Bank of India will turn ex-date on Friday. For FY26, the bank will pay out its third interim dividend of Rs 0.20 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10.

Havells India will also turn ex-date on Friday, although the dividend amount has not been disclosed yet. Jonjua Overseas has set January 23 as the record date for determining eligible shareholders for the bonus issue in the ratio of 5:40.

Saturday, January 24

Over the weekend, two Nifty 50 stocks, Kotak Mahindra Bank and UltraTech Cement—have scheduled their board meetings.

Other companies such as Chennai Petroleum Corporation, IFB Industries and SBFC Finance will also announce their Q3FY26 results on Saturday.

Sunday, January 25

Tech firm Avantel will announce its financial results for the quarter ended December on Sunday.
