The Creta is available in three engine trims — 1.5-litre NA petrol, 1.5-litre Turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel.
The naturally aspirated petrol has an option of CVT automatic and a 6-speed manual, the turbo petrol only gets a 7-speed dual clutch automatic and the diesel is a mated to a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic torque converter.
The Creta is a five seater SUV. There is no seven or eight seater Creta.
The Creta turbo petrol only comes with a 7-speed DCT automatic.
Based on the variants, the Creta gets a sunroof while the top models have a panoramic roof.
The Creta gets the state-of-the-art ADAS Level 2, which includes 19 features. It comes standard with six airbags, ABS with EBD, hill start assist, vehicle stability control, tyre pressure monitoring system and all four disc brakes.
In total, there are ten automatic Creta options. The 1.5-litre naturally aspired engine gets the maximum variants with five IVT (CVT) automatics. There are two 1.5-litre turbo petrol trims and both are mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox. The diesel gets three automatic torque converter trims.
Hyundai Creta’s ground clearance is 190 mm identical to Kia Seltos. The Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun are 188 mm while Honda Elevate is the tallest with 220 mm ground clearance.
