Coal India Ltd (CIL) has experienced a surge in daily coal production and dispatches to the power sector, thanks to the decrease in monsoon rains. This has brought coal supplies to power plants back to pre-monsoon levels. NCL, a major subsidiary of CIL, has also seen a significant increase in coal output and supply, with a focus on boosting production and evacuation efforts.
