Indian PSU, Bharat Electronics, has announced that it has received orders worth Rs 610 crore across the aerospace and defence segments.
BEL: Order wins
This marks the third order win for January by the Navratna defence PSU. As per the company’s regulatory filing, the consideration for these additional orders stands at Rs 610 crore.
BEL has bagged orders across various sectors, which include communication equipment, medical electronics, thermal imagers, jammers, spares, services, etc.
With the latest order win, the company’s order book for January stands at Rs 1,802 crore.
BEL: Previous order wins
Prior to this, the PSU had secured orders worth Rs 596 crore on January 8. These spanned across sectors like drone detection and jamming systems, mobile communication terminals, software solutions, upgrades, spares, services, etc.
Also, on January 1, Bharat Electronics had bagged additional orders worth Rs 596 crore in sectors which included communication equipment, medical electronics, instant fire detection and suppression systems, upgrades, spares, services, etc.
BEL: Q3FY26 Result Date
The company has scheduled a Board meeting for January 28 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3FY26. Investors are advised to check the BSE and NSE websites for all the details pertaining to the result timings and investor calls.
BEL: Share Price Movement
The company’s share price was down nearly 2% in the intraday session. Over the past five trading sessions, the company’s stock has declined by nearly 1%.
However, over the longer run, Bharat Electronics stock has delivered a return of nearly 3% over the past six months. Further, over the past year, the company’s stock has climbed a whopping 50%.
On a year-to-date basis, the company’s stock has delivered a return of nearly 3%.
