The 2018 edition of Isuzu D-Max V-Cross has just been spied at a dealership. The images have been shared by Isuzu Dmax Vcross - India group on Facebook. The new model witnesses some exterior tweaks along with some interior updates to make the new V-Cross a more well-rounded package. The new 2018 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross will be available for sale in two variants viz the V-Cross and V-Cross High. The prices of the new 2018 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross have already been leaked and it will reportedly be launched in India at Rs 14.27 lakh. On the other hand, the top end V-Cross High variant will be available at a price of Rs 15.77 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom, Andhra Pradesh). The new 2018 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross will come with almost the same front section as compared to the outgoing model. However, the addition of LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) makes the fascia look more upmarket than before. The rear bumper now gets a touch of chrome that makes the new model look significantly different when compared to the existing one. The side step of the V-Cross also gets chrome treatment that looks neat and decent.

The new 2018 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross will continue to get the same 2.5-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine that is mated to a five-speed manual transmission system. The engine is good for developing a maximum power output of 136 hp along with a peak torque of 320 Nm. The 2018 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross will get a new touchscreen infotainment system that will surely step up its desirability. The pickup truck will also get a rear camera to offer safety and convenience.

The new V-Cross will come with features like traction control system, six-step adjustable driver's seat and electronic stability control. The steering wheel will get buttons this time and the seats will come wrapped in black leather. The 2018 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross does not have any direct competition at present. This is despite the fact that leading car makers like Tata Motors and Mahindra have tried their luck in the pickup truck space but sadly, the stars did not seem in their favour and that is where Isuzu has an edge over its competition, especially in India. The new 2018 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross is expected to be showcased at Auto Expo 2018.
