Faggan Singh Kulaste has been given health and family welfare. Faggan Singh Kulaste today took oath as a Minister of State (MoS) at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Kulaste is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha. He represents the Mandla constituency of Madhya Pradesh and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He was minister of state in Vajpayee ministry from 1999.

He represented Mandla Lok Sabha seat from 1996 to 2009. After losing in 2009 to Basori Singh Masram of Congress, he was elected to Rajya Sabha. He regained the seat in 2014, defeating his Congress rival Omkar Markam.
