HDFC Bank customers will not be able to use most services, including net banking, mobile banking and UPI, due to scheduled maintenance activities from 3.30 A.M. on May 25, 2024, according to a notice on the bank’s website.
The country’s largest bank in terms of market capitalisation also sent SMSes to its customers informing about the scheduled maintenance work. “Scheduled Maintenance: Some transactions on HDFC Bank NetBanking & MobileBanking App unavailable on 25th May, 3:30-6:30 AM.”
The information published on the website about maintenance schedule for HDFC Bank platforms says, “Due to scheduled maintenance, below mentioned transactions will not be available on NetBanking & MobileBanking App on 25th May 2024 from 3:30AM to 6:30 AM IST. Accounts, Deposits, Funds transfers (NEFT, IMPS, RTGS & within Bank Transfers), Online payment and certain other transactions will not be available from 03:30 AM to 06:30 AM on 25th May’24. HDFC Bank customers will not be able to make payments via UPI.”
