Power trading firm PTC India Ltd said it has acquired 11 percent stake in the 1,200 megawatts Teesta III Hydro-electric project in Sikkim. It did not disclose financial details of the transaction.
PTC said it has also commissioned a six megawatts wind farm in Maharashtra, its first foray in wind power generation.
