The job
I love the agility in my job as there is always something new in the tech world that keeps me on my toes. As a travel company, we travel everywhere so that our guests can travel anywhere. Travelling is exciting and liberating at the same time. In the last few months, I have swam with the manatees, taken Samurai lessons. From enrolling into a culinary journey in France to exploring Berlin, my experiences are memorable and fulfilling.
The Weekdays
When not travelling, I start my day early by hitting the gym. I start office with a strong coffee at 8 am, and take some time to plan and make a to-do list for the day before hitting regular chores of the day. Being a global company, I have to manage meetings in different time zones which is sometimes challenging. I also spend a lot of time talking to my teams and understanding their challenges while trying to learn from them at the same time; apart from coaching and mentoring my teams from time to time. I also try to meet with an industry leader once a week. In the evenings, I like to cook and watch TV.
The Weekend
Weekends usually start with a morning run on Saturdays and a bike ride on Sundays with mates, backed by a healthy breakfast. Weekends are also about spending time with my daughter. Exploring food in town is also a regular feature. The Toys I can’t do without my iPhone. I am also fond of motorcycles and my PS4.
The Logos
I love Diesel jeans which I wear almost everyday. Terre d‘Hermes perfumes, Ralph Lauren shirts and Tag Heuer watches are my favourites. For anything that is sports, I prefer Nike.
