The newly launched Indigo, is located at Netaji Nagar, Delhi. Classic favorites from Indigo include the beer and cheddar soufflé, the Indigo chicken caesar salad, cinnamon spiced grilled quail, quail biryani, potato crusted rawas, and kairi curry from the menu that placed the restaurant on the global culinary map. A sizeable percentage of the menu is dedicated to seafood. The upper level of the restaurant has a grand private dining facility, open to sky, which can be booked for banquets and private functions.
