Inspired by the food truck revolution, Kaboom features a premium live kitchen surrounded by a street café. The restaurant’s design philosophy revolves around sustainable material management. The space, reminiscent of a shipping container, features up cycled furniture and design elements. Pedestal fans take the shape of tables, oil cans double up as trash bins and an antique sewing machine serves as an ordering desk. With a focus on carbon footprint reduction, Kaboom sources and serves food sustainably. Natural cutlery made from environmentally friendly material is used instead of Styrofoam and plastic. Kaboom features a different cuisine each day of the week, such as Chinese, Italian, American, Thai, Turkish and French.
