Zuno General Insurance has introduced ‘Zuno Driving Quotient’, a unique driving score, accessible through the Zuno app, designed with a deep understanding of today’s mobile-savvy customer. Through this initiative, the Zuno app will utilize mobile sensor-based telematics to evaluate driving behaviour and assign a unique Driving Score, steering in a new era of road safety, the insurer said in a statement.
The company said that the Zuno Driving Quotient initiative could be a game-changer in the insurance industry, offering users an opportunity to assess their driving skills and get an objective score. The app detects motion and by monitoring factors such as sudden braking, distracted driving, over-speeding, and more, it calculates a comprehensive Driving Score. This score not only provides valuable insights into one’s driving habits but also offers a pathway to safer driving practices. Simply put, the better you drive, the better your score will be and the lesser you pay for your car insurance.
The users can take the 15-day driving challenge by downloading the Zuno app and take a journey of self-discovery and road safety. Participants will not only experience, firsthand, the exceptional features of Zuno Motor Insurance but also gain valuable insights into their driving skills. By taking this challenge, individuals have the opportunity to enhance their driving habits and contribute to making India a safer place to drive.
Shanai Ghosh, MD and CEO, Zuno General Insurance said, “We are thrilled to introduce the Zuno Driving Quotient, India’s first-of-its-kind driving score accessible via the Zuno app, designed for the smartphone using customer of today. By empowering individuals to not just grasp but elevate their driving skills through technology while getting rewarded for it, we are also reshaping the insurance landscape and igniting a cultural shift towards responsible driving practices. We are committed to ensuring that ‘India drives better with Zuno Driving Quotient,’ and we look forward to a future where responsible driving is incentivized and celebrated.”
