Wave City, an integrated township project by Utpal Chadha Hi-Tech Developers Pvt Ltd, is gearing up to grant plot possession to over 4,000 buyers, bringing them closer to realizing their dream of owning a home in Wave City’s thriving community. This development comes after the project’s revised DPR (Detailed Project Report) is expected to receive approval for 3786.79 acres of land in a GDA meeting expected to be held this week.

“Wave City has prioritized streamlining the plot registration and possession processes. This will significantly reduce wait time and allow the thousands of eager buyers to finally take ownership of their plots and begin construction,” said a spokesperson at Wave City.

“We understand the long-held aspirations of our valued buyers to build their dream homes, and we are committed to making that a reality. By expediting the plot registration and possession process, we are taking a major step forward in achieving that goal,” he added.

The GDA Board, in its meeting later this week, is expected to give approval on the Detailed Project Report (DPR) and layout plan for Wave City.

This project is part of the state’s hi-tech township policy and will pave the way for thousands of homebuyers to get their flat registries. It envisions a thriving community with over 20,000 families residing on the vast site amidst extensive green spaces and smart technology for a comfortable and eco-friendly lifestyle. The layout incorporates over 50 parks, including a sprawling 6.5-acre Central Park. A dedicated 4-kilometer jogging track further complements this vision.

“Wave City’s commitment extends beyond simply providing plots. Residents can expect a lifestyle that seamlessly blends convenience and eco-friendly living. Wave City embraces renewable energy sources like solar power and rainwater harvesting, reducing the community’s environmental impact. Smarter waste management with smart bins will promote responsible disposal and foster a cleaner environment. Finally, tech-integrated smart homes will offer ultimate convenience and improved energy efficiency,” said CJ Singh, COO, Wave City.
