Wipro
Wipro reported a 24.4% year-on-year rise in net profit, reaching Rs 3,354 crore for the December quarter. The company reported a modest 0.5% rise in revenue to Rs 22,319 crore, Additionally, the company declared an interim dividend of Rs 6 per equity share.
Dixon Technologies
Dixon’s subsidiary, IsmartU India, has signed an MoU to acquire land, buildings, machinery, and assets from KHY Electronic India for Rs 133 crore, strengthening its production capabilities.
Kotak Mahindra Bank
Kotak Mahindra Bank reported a net profit of ₹3,304.8 crore, aligning with market expectations. Gross NPA remained stable at 1.5%, while deposits and advances grew 15.9% and 15.1% year-on-year, respectively. Motilal Oswal upgraded the stock to a “buy” after nearly five years of a “neutral” rating.
Tata Steel
Tata Steel has filed a curative petition with the Supreme Court regarding the tax imposition on its mineral-bearing land in Odisha. The company is seeking the invocation of extraordinary jurisdiction, a move that could significantly impact its future operations in the region.

Jio Financial Services
Jio Financial Services, the financial services arm of Reliance Industries, reported a 0.3% YoY increase in net profit at Rs 294.8 crore. Its revenue grew by 6% to Rs 438.4 crore.
GMR Airports
GMR Airports recorded its highest-ever passenger traffic in December 2024, handling 1.08 crore passengers, a 9% YoY increase. The company also saw a 7% growth in aircraft movements.
Power Grid Corporation
Power Grid Corporation made a move by acquiring 77,30,225 equity shares of IL&FS Energy Development Company for Rs 14.73 crore. This acquisition increases Power Grid’s stake in Cross Border Power Transmission Company to 42%.
