Celkon Mobiles today launched its new smartphone, Millennia Q450, priced at Rs 4,799.

The dual SIM 3G handset features quadcore 1.3GHz processor, Android KitKat operating system, 512MB RAM, 4.5-inch display, 5MP rear camera, 1,800mAh battery and 4GB memory (expandable up to 32GB).
