The Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence (Lexicon MILE) has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) with industry leaders, including eClerx, TIAA and others. These MOUs establish a programme that aims to harmonise Lexicon MILE’s curriculum with the specific skills and demands of the industry. They also open avenues for apprenticeships, collaborative projects and job placements for students, according to an official release.

In adherence to these MOUs, these companies pledge to serve as mentors to students, providing them with insights and guidance. Their primary aim is to give students a competitive edge by granting access to internships and employment opportunities, thus facilitating their journey toward becoming industry-ready professionals, the release mentioned.

“At Lexicon MILE, we are resolute in our mission to cultivate the leaders of tomorrow. This partnership with corporations underscores our commitment. We have faith in our students’ potential and are dedicated to equipping them with not just an education but also a wealth of career opportunities, forging a future characterised by impactful leadership and remarkable accomplishments,” Nasir Shaikh, group chief executive officer, The Lexicon Group of Institutes, Educrack, & EasyRecruit+, said.

Additionally, students will have the chance to participate in live projects under the mentorship of industry experts, thereby augmenting their skillset and immersing them in the intricacies of the corporate environment. Through these MOUs, students will enjoy access to an expansive network of industry luminaries and professionals, forging avenues for potential mentorship, employment opportunities, and valuable connections, it added.

“These MOUs mark a significant milestone for our students. It not only enhances their academic experience but also propels them towards becoming day zero professionals, fully prepared to make a substantial impact in the corporate arena,” Anup Sheth, director, placements, corporate connect, Lexicon MILE, said.
