Oberoi Realty reported a 28.9 per cent YoY profit growth in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025-26. The real estate company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 760 crore in Q2 FY26, while its net profit in Q2 FY25 was Rs 589 crore.

Oberoi Realty’s revenue from operations also grew by 34.7 per cent on a yearly basis. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations in Q2 FY26 stood at Rs 1,779 crore, while its revenue in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year was Rs 1,319 crore. 

While the company’s net profit has increased in the quarter, its net profit margin has decreased to 41.2 per cent in Q2 FY26 from 43.9 per cent in Q2 FY25 . 

Oberoi Realty declares dividend 

As Oberoi Realty’s profit and revenue soar in the quarter, it has declared an interim dividend for its investors. The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share for the eligible shareholders. 

The company has fixed October 21 as the record date and announced that the interim dividend shall be paid starting on or before November 4, 2025.
