RCPL, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, has purchased a majority stake in Goodness Group Global, an Australian beverage company. This is RCPL’s first international acquisition since entering the FMCG market. With this move, RCPL aims to expand Goodness Group’s health-focused brands globally using its strong supply chain and distribution capabilities.
