Snitch, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) men’s fast fashion brand, onboards Varun Muralidharan as lead retail operations and projects head. With a background in retail operations, business development and marketing, Varun Muralidharan brings experience and expertise to Snitch. Muralidharan will join as lead retail operations and projects head from March 1, 2024

Previously working as a retail manager at Bestseller India, Varun Muralidharan has demonstrated a track record of building high-performance teams and turning around regions. Furthermore, he has knowledge of retail operations, team leadership and business development.

In his new role as lead retail operations and projects head, Muralidharan will oversee the entire spectrum of Snitch’s retail operations. His focus will be on store operations management for overseeing day-to-day activities within retail stores, including inventory management, staffing, customer service, and sales performance. Additionally, Muralidharan will be responsible for customer experience enhancement for developing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through enhanced service, personalised experiences, and efficient checkout processes for the company.
