Salesforce expands its Bengaluru office presence as part of its growth strategy in India. The decision aligns with the increasing trend of companies investing in digital transformation and leveraging generative AI innovation. According to regulatory filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs’ Registrar of Companies, Salesforce India witnessed a revenue increase of over 50% to Rs 6000.3 crore in the year ending March 31 compared to the previous year.
Earlier this year, Salesforce expanded its Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad, solidifying India as a key talent, knowledge, and global innovation hub. Currently, Salesforce employs 10,000 individuals in India across various locations, including Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurugram, Pune, and Jaipur. The company intends to further expand its office presence in Bengaluru.
“India is a key market for Salesforce. We are fully focused on supporting India’s economic growth through our role as a trusted digital advisor to businesses up and down the country. At the forefront of the AI revolution, we are also brilliantly positioned to deepen India’s reputation as a global tech leader.
