PVR INOX, a cinema exhibitor, has announced the restructuring of its Rs 600 crore media business to strengthen market connections and drive nationwide growth. According to the company, the initiative is led by Shalu Sabharwal, chief sales officer, who has been associated with the company for 26 years.

From what is understood, the new structure will feature regional heads, Gaurav Shukla, Sharda Ganti, Rajesh Makhija, and Shalini Marianathan, overseeing their respective markets. Newly appointed leaders Saurabh Bhambri and Traptika Chauhan, with prior experience at Paytm, will support the business development efforts. The company is also focusing on deeper data planning and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency, it stated.

Reportedly, PVR INOX plans to outsource key markets to experienced professionals and expand its presence across online and offline media platforms. It is also exploring sponsorships and naming rights as additional revenue streams to strengthen partnerships and enhance its media business operations.
