Leo Burnett Mumbai, part of Publicis Groupe India, has announced new appointments to its senior leadership team. This move aims to drive the agency forward into its next phase of growth.

Abhimanyu Khedkar, who has been with Leo Burnett for 8.5 years, has been promoted to Managing Partner. Khedkar has worked with several prominent brands within the Burnett portfolio and has received recognition on international and national platforms for his work.

Joining as managing partner is Neetika Aggarwal, bringing over two decades of experience working with major Indian and global brands such as Nestle, PepsiCo, Airtel, TOI, Microsoft, Nokia, LG, and IndusInd Bank. Neetika was previously with VMLY&R and WPP@CP, where she led significant digital initiatives.

Saurabh Dahiya, who recently joined Leo Burnett as executive director and head of strategy, brings over 18 years of experience in brand, digital, and customer experience strategy across various regions. His expertise will strengthen Leo Burnett’s strategic capabilities.

Khedkar and Aggarwal will lead Leo Burnett Mumbai on the business front, while Dahiya will focus on driving the agency’s strategic initiatives.
