Toyota continued to be the most mentioned brand online in February 2014 while Tata Motors slipped two positions and was at No 4, according to ‘Blogworks IndiaAuto Social Index’.
While Ford and Maruti Suzuki India went up one place each to second and third place respectively, Audi rounded up the to five.
The Blogworks index helps auto brands to monitor their online
performance vis-a-vis their competitors over a period of time. The report showed key monthly shifts in brand conversations and their impact for the automotive sector.
In the Brand Vibrancy Index, BMW retained its position on top in February but shared its ranking with Tata Motors’ Jaguar Land Rover followed by Skoda, Mercedes Benz and Audi.
