PBKS IPL 2025 Schedule, Dates, Squad, Match List: Shreyas Iyer-led Punjab Kings (PBKS) will kick off their IPL 2025 campaign against Shubman Gill’s Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on March 25 (Tuesday). Iyer will be Punjab Kings’ 17th captain in 18 seasons, taking charge after leading Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) to their third IPL title in 2024. PBKS acquired Iyer for a staggering Rs 26.75 crore at the IPL 2025 mega auction.

After missing IPL 2023 due to injury, Iyer made a strong comeback in IPL 2024, scoring 351 runs in 14 matches and guiding KKR to victory. However, despite his success, KKR released him ahead of the auction.
