Flying cadets Pratibha and Shivangi Singh got commissioned in the fighter stream of IAF’s Flying Branch on Saturday. The cadets received wings from Chief of Naval Staff Sunil Lanba at the Combined Graduation Ceremony which implies that the cadets will be flying a Sukhoi or MiG within a year from now.
