The move thrusts Google on to Apple’s turf in an attempt to boost the lackluster sales of watches running on its Android Wear software. The program uniting the devices running on different operating systems is being released Monday in Apple’s app store. <b>Microsoft announces new Xbox One bundle with a 1TB hybrid drive priced at $499</b></br> Microsoft has announced a new bundle for its Xbox One. According to the Verge, the Xbox One Elite Bundle will feature the Elite controller and a hybrid 1TB SSD and HDD drive for the first time. This bundle is priced at $499. The console will debut at GameStops and Microsoft Stores this November. Microsoft says that the players will be able to boot up from energy-saving mode 20 percent faster with the new drive. The Elite Controller comes with new features like Hair Trigger Locks and stainless steel paddles in its design. It sells for a steep USD 149.99 separately. (01/09/2015)

<b>Intex rolls out 3G enabled Aqua V5 phone priced at Rs 2,825</b></br> Intex has launched its Aqua V5 phone which will retail at Rs 2,825. Intex has listed the Aqua V5 on its site, but there has been no official announcement regarding the availability of this new entrant. According to Techradar, the device is dual-SIM smartphone and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat and is powered by a 1GHz single-core Spreadtrum SC7715A processor with 256MB of RAM. The Aqua V5 has a 3.5-inch 320×480 pixels HVGA TFT display. Intex Aqua V5 comes with 512MB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It packs 1100mAh battery which the company claims can delivers up to 4 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time.It sports a 2MP rear camera with flash and a 0.3MP front camera. <b>LinkedIn revamps messaging service, adds GIFs, Stickers, photos</b></br> LinkedIn has updating its messaging services on Web and mobile. According to The Next Web, the company says its new communication tool looks more like a mobile messaging app and includes features like the ability to send stickers and GIFs, and attach photos and documents. Also, the users can now message a group of contacts at once. LinkedIn says they are excited about concepts like intelligent messaging assistants that can help suggest people the users should message or provide them with relevant information about that person before the users start a conversation or the possibilities with voice and video to make conversations more compelling. The update will roll out for English-language users on LinkedIn’s Web interface as well as its Android and iOS apps. The company says it will become available in more languages in the coming weeks.
