Samsung Cashback Offers: As the winter festive season approaches, smartphones are getting hefty discounts almost every day and to make things interesting, Samsung India joined hands with Paytm Mall to offer some really mouth-watering deals. On Thursday, the two companies announced their partnership, which will benefit buyers as hefty discounts have been unveiled. In association with Paytm Mall, the South Korean tech giant, Samsung, is offering discounts of up to Rs 8,000 in cashback on most of the Galaxy smartphones. The senior VP of Samsung India said, “Our partnership with Paytm Mall, which is a company of Paytm Ecommerce Pvt Ltd, will make it easier for customers to buy Samsung smartphones at never-seen-before prices.”
The offer can be availed on almost every major Galaxy smartphone: the Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8+, Galaxy S8, Galaxy C9 Pro, Galaxy C7 Pro and Galaxy J5 Prime devices will see the discounted price tag. Here’s is how to avail the cashback: first, the buyer has to visit the Samsung outlets. Upon reaching the buyer has to select the Galaxy smartphone and scan the “Paytm Mall QR” code at the store. Then the offers will be on display which will be offered to the buyer and then they can commence with the payment.
Amit Sinha, COO, Paytm Mall in a statement said, “This partnership is in sync with Paytm Mall’s ‘O2O’ strategy that aims to offer convenience to customers and also help drive greater sales of offline retail outlets.”
The Galaxy Note 8, which won the ‘Gadget of the year’ award at the inaugural Indian Mobile Congress (IMC) 2017 is covered under this offer. Even the Galaxy S8/S8+ was tagged the ‘Smartphone of the Year’ at multiple award functions.
Earlier this month, Samsung Electronics announced that it has begun mass production of the first 512GB memory chip for next-generation mobile devices. Utilising Samsung’s latest 64-layer, 512-GB V-NAND chips, the new 512GB Universal Flash Storage (eUFS) memory chip provides unparalleled storage capacity and outstanding performance for upcoming flagship smartphones and tablets, the company said in a statement.
“The new Samsung 512GB eUFS provides the best-embedded storage solution for next-generation premium smartphones by overcoming potential limitations in system performance that can occur with the use of micro-SD cards,” said Jaesoo Han, Executive Vice President of Memory Sales and Marketing at Samsung Electronics.
