In order to be on the top spot, state-run telecom biggie Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited or BSNL has decided to offer a new plan for the postpaid user. Earlier, BSNL has launched multiple offers for the prepaid users, however, the postpaid users were felt behind with the kind of deals offered to the prepaid users. But it was BSNL CMD Anupam Shrivastava who on Twitter confirmed that BSNL is coming up with a new postpaid plan at Rs 399.
Responding to a question of a fellow BSNL user, Shrivastava wrote: “We are soon launching a plan in postpaid with unlimited calling @ Rs. 399.” This confirms that the company is at work to come up with the plan, however, it should be noted that so far not much is known about this plan, other than it will have the unlimited calling facility. The amount of data offered by the company or any other benefits is yet to be known.
It should also be pointed out that there is no concrete timeline of the plan has been in place as well. What draws attention is that, so far, almost every major telecom company has offered 4G services, however, the state-run BSNL is yet to come out with the 4G network in various circles. As of now, only BSNL users in Kerala have access to the 4G internet speeds.

From Airtel, the Rs. 399 postpaid plan gives users 20GB of internet data as well. Even Vodafone offers same data in their Rs. 399 plan. The most expensive of the lot is Reliance Jio postpaid plan at Rs. 409 which offers 20GB internet data.
