As per the report, job markets in the country saw major changes between 2022 to 2023, particularly in jobs related to telecalling, accounts, business development, marketing, and delivery. The last couple of months have seen active participation from a number of companies, like Bajaj, Axis Bank, Paytm, Flipkart and Reliance, who have offered significant incentives to applicants.
Cities like Delhi also witnessed preference for roles in the job market, particularly in Customer Support & Sales, Sales & Marketing, Accounting Technicians positions, among others. Similarly, Mumbai witnessed an increasing demand for Finance & HR, Sales & Marketing, and Business Development roles.
