Techindo Systems claims to hire people from Tier 2 and Tier 3 areas who don’t have IT skills yet, trains them and prepares them for global tech jobs, helping boost rural communities. Techindo believes that talent can come from anywhere. “We’ve seen great leaders from rural India — they just need the right guidance and opportunity,” Rahul Pandey, founder, Techindo Systems, said.

The company claims to have built a special system to find and train people in fields like coding, AI/ML, and UI/UX design. So far, they have hired people from 7 states and trained more than 20 rural youth in a pilot project. Additionally, it plans to triple that number by the end of the year. Right now, about 50–60% of Techindo’s employees come from rural backgrounds.

It asserts that training usually takes 3-6 months, depending on how quickly each person learns. Those who perform well during the program are offered employment at Techindo Systems, where they gain experience working across diverse industries like real estate, healthcare, fintech, agri-tech, and digital marketing as software developers and designers.

“The results have been amazing. Nearly 100% of the trained rural employees have stayed with Techindo over the past four years. While challenges like communication gaps and lack of home offices remain, Techindo is working hard to fix them. We believe in equal pay — a skilled village employee earns the same as someone from a city,” says Pandey.

Furthemore, the company aims to expand by 50–60% over the next three–five years, aiming for a 500-person team. As of now Techindo Systems is not working with government programs but open to partnerships,” he added.
