Maharashtra SSC, HSC 2024 Supplementary Exam Time Table: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has announced the supplementary exam schedule for the 2024 secondary school certificate (SSC) and higher secondary certificate (HSC) exams. Candidates can view the timetable on the official websites: mahahsscboard.in/mr. mahresult.nic.in, or hscresult.mkcl.org.
According to the date sheet, the supplementary exams will start on July 16. The Class 10 and Class 12 exams will be held in two sessions each day: the first session from 11 am to 2 pm and the second session from 3 pm to 6 pm. The Class 10 supplementary exams will conclude on July 30, while the Class 12 exams will end on August 8.
SSC Results 2024 Highlights
This year, the overall pass percentage for Class 10 is 95.81%, which is an increase of 1.98% from the previous year. The Konkan region once again topped the performance charts with a pass percentage of 99.01%. Out of 1,560,154 students who registered, 1,549,326 appeared for the exam, and 1,484,431 passed. The pass percentage for girls was 97.21%, compared to 94.56% for boys.
In the SSC 2024 results, 187 students achieved a perfect score. Latur had the highest number of perfect scorers with 123 students, followed by Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar with 32, Pune with 10, Mumbai with 8, Amravati with 7, Kolhapur and Konkan with 3 each, Nagpur with 1, and Nashik with none.
HSC Results 2024 Overview
The pass percentage for fresh HSC candidates saw a slight increase, with 93.37% passing this year. The overall pass percentage, including fresh, repeaters, and private candidates, stood at 91.87%.
Science Stream: 97.82% pass rate
Arts Stream: 85.88% pass rate
Commerce Stream: 92.18% pass rate
Vocational Stream: 87.75% pass rate
ITI Stream: 87.69% pass rate
In the vocational stream, 35,849 students registered, 35,106 appeared, and 30,808 passed the exam, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 87.75%.
