The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is expected to declare the CA Final May 2025 results in the first week of July. Former ICAI Central Council Member Dhiraj Khandelwal stated that students can tentatively expect the results between July 3 and 4.
He mentioned in a recent social media post that, based on past trends, the results are generally announced in the first week of July.
Once declared, candidates will be able to access their scorecards through the official ICAI websites — icai.nic.in and icaiexam.icai.org.

CA final May 2025: Passing criteria
To pass the CA Final May 2025 exam, candidates must secure at least 40 per cent marks in each paper and a minimum of 50 percent overall in each group. Both conditions must be met to qualify.
Last year, the CA Final May session results were announced on July 11. In that session, 20,446 candidates were declared qualified as Chartered Accountants. Shivam Mishra from New Delhi secured the top rank with 500 marks, which translates to 83.33 percent. Varsha Arora followed in second place with a total score of 480.
Once the results are out, candidates who clear the exam will become eligible for ICAI membership. They can also take part in campus placement drives organised by the institute. Additionally, students will have the option to apply for revaluation or request certified copies of their answer sheets if they wish to reassess their performance.
