The All India Management Association (AIMA) has announced the schedule for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT). Interested candidates can register starting June 25 on the official website, mat.aima.in. This entrance exam provides access to over 600 B-schools, offering up to 20,000 management seats.
The AIMA MAT 2024 August exam will take place from August 14 to August 25.
AIMA will conduct the MAT 2024 exam in three modes: computer-based test (CBT), paper-based test (PBT), and internet-based test (IBT), ensuring accessibility for all candidates based on their preferences.

Candidates must have a graduation certificate in any discipline. Final-year graduation students are also eligible to appear for the exam. The application fee for MAT 2024 is Rs 2,100, with an additional fee of Rs 1,500 for candidates opting to take a supplementary test.
According to the notification, “From May 2024, AIMA has introduced MAT 2.0, an evolved version of MAT that covers newer segments such as current business and economic trends. MAT 2.0 is a new-age entrance test offering a fresh perspective on management education, aligned with contemporary industry practices and growing educational requirements.”
