In recent years, AI-driven classroom solutions have emerged as transformative forces in education, reshaping how students learn and educators teach. By harnessing advanced technologies, these solutions offer personalised learning experiences, automate administrative tasks and provide data-driven insights that enhance classroom dynamics.

As traditional educational models evolve, AI is not just a tool; it is becoming an integral partner in fostering engagement, accessibility and lifelong learning. This shift promises to create more inclusive and effective learning environments, equipping students with the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly complex world.

TagHive Inc., a Samsung spinoff and the company behind Class Saathi, participated in DIDAC India 2024, a major event dedicated to educational resources and technology-based solutions. Held at the YASHOBHOOMI (India International Convention & Expo Centre) in Delhi, the three-day event attracted various stakeholders from the education and skills development sectors, providing a space to explore innovations in ed-tech.

In collaboration with Samsung, TagHive presented the features of Class Saathi, including its Bluetooth-based clickers and AI-powered tools for student assessment and engagement. The clickers enable real-time multiple-choice question sessions, which caught the interest of educators at the event. The platform’s ability to generate instant student report cards with detailed insights was highlighted as a useful tool for helping teachers adjust their teaching strategies. Schools such as Assam Valley and Emerald Heights are already incorporating Class Saathi into their classrooms.

A key feature, Saathi AI, allows teachers to quickly create questions that align with their school’s curriculum. This feature, along with customisable content, was well received by educators who appreciated the time-saving and relevance-enhancing capabilities. Visitors expressed their interest in the integration of AI and Bluetooth technology for the classroom, with many stating it offered a fresh approach to learning.

Institutions such as Vasant Valley School and Himalayan Progressive School visited the booth to explore how Class Saathi could improve classroom engagement and streamline assessments. The event also provided an opportunity for TagHive to connect with existing partners and demonstrate the platform’s latest features.

Pankaj Agarwal, Founder and CEO of TagHive Inc., reflected on the event, saying, “DIDAC India allowed us to demonstrate Class Saathi’s potential to a diverse group of education professionals. It’s exciting to see how our product, now in over 8,000 classrooms globally, is gaining traction. Our ongoing partnership with Samsung helps us provide schools with innovative, accessible tools for creating more dynamic and data-informed learning environments.”

Class Saathi operates without internet or electricity, offering schools an easy way to integrate technology into their classrooms. The positive reception at DIDAC India 2024 highlighted the platform’s potential to enhance student participation, support personalized learning, and improve assessment processes.
