Two earthquakes of magnitude 4.5 and 3.6 on the Richter Scale hit Maharashtra’s Hingoli city early on Thursday morning just 10 minutes apart.
According to the National Center for Seismology, the first tremor, measuring 4.5 on the Richter Scale struck at around 06.08 am at a depth of 10 km.
The second quake hit at around 6.19 am at a similar depth.
There have been no reports of any damage to property or loss of lives due to the earthquakes so far.
