OnePlay, a cloud gaming platform, announced strategic partnerships with SkyPro IPTV and Velosting to roll out integrated packages that combine IPTV with cloud gaming. From what is understood, the collaboration with SkyPro IPTV allows users to enjoy AAA gaming and entertainment without the need for expensive gaming rigs. The partnership with Velosting aims to expand OnePlay’s gaming operations into the APAC region, enhancing infrastructure to deliver high-performance and low-latency cloud gaming experiences, the company stated.
“This collaboration with SkyPro IPTV is a decisive move for the Indian entertainment landscape. By introducing the first-ever combined package for gaming with Live TV, we are not just meeting consumer demands for more entertainment; we’re ushering in a new era in entertainment that’s led by high-end gaming for all,” Harshit Jain, co-founder and CEO, OnePlay, said.
Additionally, OnePlay is expanding its collaboration with IaaS provider Velosting to enhance data centre infrastructure in India and the APAC region. New edge data centres in Noida, Hyderabad, and Kolkata will support low-latency cloud gaming, while a hybrid server stack integrating AI, HPC, and gaming capabilities is also in development.
