The Job
Leading a new-age fintech startup like Mudrex, a global crypto investment platform, is a very rewarding experience but comes with its share of challenges. And that’s what keeps things exciting for me. My role is about finding effective solutions. Working alongside passionate people—whether it’s our co-founder and CTO, Alankar Saxena, our business teams, or individual team members—makes every day feel fresh and rewarding. Even when things get tough, the strong bonds and collaboration make the journey feel both productive and fulfilling.
The Weekdays
I start my day with the joyful wake-up call from my child, and I truly cherish those first few hours we spend together. Afterward, I enjoy a walk, take care of some errands, and often fit in a quick workout before heading to the office by 10:30 AM. My mornings are focused on connecting with colleagues, both professionally and personally, to ensure we’re all aligned towards the same goal. Afternoons and evenings are dedicated to productive meetings, where we tackle challenges and drive solutions. As the day winds down, I review reports and metrics, looking for ways to improve our progress. Throughout the day, I also prioritise connecting with our customers, listening to their experiences, and gathering valuable insights to continually enhance our platform. This ongoing feedback loop keeps us moving forward, always striving to be better than the day before.
The Weekend
On weekends, I prioritise spending quality time with my family. We often visit parks or catch a movie together. Also, I make it a point to catch up with my friends, which helps me stay grounded and connected. I also take pleasure in cooking meals for my family and friends, finding it a rewarding way to connect and share moments. In the evenings, I focus on planning and organising my work for the upcoming week, ensuring a productive start and smooth workflow.
The Toys
Biking has been a passion of mine for years. The feeling of the open road is both exhilarating and calming. Whether I’m exploring new routes or simply enjoying the familiar ones, biking provides a perfect escape. In addition to biking, I have a deep love for reading. Diving into a good book allows me to unwind, explore different worlds, and gain new insights. Both activities not only provide relaxation but also keep me inspired and refreshed.
The Logos
Every logo has its own story, and I love diving into them. Mudrex’s logo is especially meaningful to me. It shows three chains breaking apart, a nod to the blockchain technology powering our platform. It perfectly reflects our mission to ease financial stress for our users. It’s a simple yet powerful reminder of what we stand for.
