Engineering and construction major Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has priced its 400 million dollar Global Depositary Shares (GDS) offering at 100 dollars per share.
Each GDS represents one equity share of the company of nominal value of Rs 2 each.
The GDS are proposed to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, L&T said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Lehman Brothers International (Europe) and UBS Ltd are the Joint Global Co-ordinators and Joint Book runners for the offering.
Shares of L&T were trading at Rs 4255.30, up 3.14 per cent, at the BSE in afternoon trade.
