Having featured in the top three list in this annual survey for four years consecutively, taking the number one spot this year could be credited to a number of path breaking employee centric initiatives taken during the year including introduction of unique employee benefit & skill enhancement programmes coupled with a state of the art career planning initiatives.
Culled from India’s extensive IT industry, the Top 20 Best IT Employers are chosen based on 11 parameters, five from the HR survey and six from the employee survey. This year the survey was conducted in 31 Indian IT companies with 2,935 employees. Out of this, 20 were short listed based on the employee strength, average tenure, average training, attrition rate, retention rate, proportion of promotions granted, cost to company, ratio of the fixed component in the salary and the male to female ratio.
