The Bombay Stock Exchange today decided to suspend trading in eight companies from July 19, for non-compliance of the listing agreement.

The companies to be suspended are Hytone Texstyles, Mukat Pipes, ORG Informatics, Parsoli Corporation, Rishab Financial Services, Shamrock Industrial Company, Typhoon Holdings and Voltaire Leasing & Finance, a BSE release said.

These firms are being suspended following their failure to comply with the various provisions of the listing agreement up to the quarter ended September 2009, the statement added.

The BSE, however, said in case a company complies with the norms on or before July 9, then trading in its securities will be suspended for only five days — from July 19 to 23. In case a firm complies with the provisions on or before August 3, then trading will be suspended for 30 days-upto August 17.
