HARISH RAWAT VIRTUALLY ADMITS BEING IN STING VIDEO

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat has virtually admitted that he was present in the controversial sting, but was quick to add that it is not wrong to meet a journalist. He said the conversation shown in the video is meaningless.
