The Board of Control for Cricket in India has made a final call today for the remaining tickets for the Kolkata Knight Riders versus Sunrisers Hyderabad (KKR v/s SRH) IPL 2024 Qualifier 1 match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. With this, the playoffs for IPL 2024 have begun. 

BCCI took IPL’s official X, formerly Twitter, handle to announce this. “The #FinalCall Last few tickets remain for #Qualifier1 ‼️ Buy your tickets 𝗡𝗢𝗪 from https://iplt20.com. See you at the stadium,” the tweet reads.

KKR v/s SRH match 

The winner of today’s match will receive a ticket to the IPL 2024 final at Chepauk, while the team who loses will have the opportunity to make amends on May 24 in Qualifier 2.

With nine victories from their fourteen games, Kolkata Knight Riders topped the IPL points standings at the conclusion of the league stage. The franchise led by Shreyas Iyer had 20 points to their name with an impressive net run rate of +1.428. Phil Salt, the opener for KKR, will not be available in the match as he returned to England to get ready for the forthcoming T20 series against Pakistan. 

On the other hand, SRH will enter the playoffs having defeated Punjab Kings by a commanding 4-wicket margin in their last match. With 17 points and a net run rate of +0.414, the Pat Cummins-led team is ranked second in the league after winning 8 of their 14 league games.
