As we enter the season known for its heightened probability of snowfall, particularly in the higher reaches, the anticipation for winter’s scenic charm is met with an unusual scenario. Despite this period traditionally marking the peak of snowfall, many hilly states, including Kashmir and Himachal, have experienced minimal to no snowfall so far. Few weeks ago, light to moderate snowfall graced the upper reaches of the Kashmir valley and other mountainous areas. As we eagerly await the first snowfall of the year in the Himalayas, let’s reminisce about the captivating visuals captured during the previous snowfall, preserving the enchanting essence of the winter landscape.
