Railways Recruitment 2017: The Central Railway has invited interested and eligible candidates for online applications against Scouts and Guides Quota for the year 2017-18 to a number of vacancies available at rrccr.com. According to a press release issued by the Central Railways, “The posts are open to all regardless of Community and there is no reservation for any community. Further, only the candidates qualified in the Written Test shall be called for Scouting Skill Assessment.” Interested candidates need to make sure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria that have been laid out for the recruitment. A candidate for appointment to Railway Services must be a citizen of India/ Nepal/ Bhutan/ a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India/ a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, the East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania or from Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Air India Recruitment 2017: National carrier, CTE Hyderabad on Thursday announced an invitation for applications by interested candidates for the post of Business Development Manager and Training Co-coordinators. Candidates can visit the official website cte.airindia.in to get the form. The last date to apply for the vacancies is December 4, 2017. There are a total of five vacancies, out of which one is for BD Manager whereas the other four are for Training Co-coordinators. The eligibility criteria for BD Managers is full masters in business administration with a specialization in Sales and Marketing or three years part-time Masters degree in business administration with a specialization in Sales and Marketing. The third education qualification a candidate can have is any postgraduate degree. For the post of Training Co-coordinators, a candidate should have a graduate in any field with a good knowledge of English, experience in crew scheduling and handling the training and licensing issues of Pilots and the necessary documentation and proficiency in DGCA CARs. The age limit for the vacancies set by Air India is 50 years.

CBSE recruitment 2017: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has today come out with a notification on recruitment in a number of posts on a deputation basis in Delhi and other regional offices. Those candidates who wish to apply may do so from the board’s the official website cbse.nic.in. As given in the notification on its website, there are about 37 vacant posts available. Candidates can submit their applications both online and offline. The last date for submission of application form is November 21. Interested candidates must mail the hard copy of the application to “The Deputy Secretary (A&L), Central Board of Secondary Education, Shiksha Kendra, 2 Community Centre, Preet Vihar, Delhi – 110092” within 30 days of submitting online application. UPSC IAS, IPS examinations: In the latest notification, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has fixed a time frame for the candidates to report any kind of mistakes or discrepancies faced in questions asked in the various civil services examinations conducted by it. Now, a 7-day time frame will be provided to all the candidates to make their representations. This decision by UPSC comes after a section of civil services aspirants recently approached the Supreme Court against the conduct of the Civil Services preliminary examination of 2017 and accused the Commission of non-transparency and of framing ambiguous, incoherent questions. Every year, thousands of students appear in various recruitment examinations conducted by the Commission which includes civil services examination to select IAS and IPS officers among others.
