Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is currently on his visit to two Northeast states, Mizoram and Meghalaya, inaugurated the Tuirial Hydropower Project in Aizawl on Saturday morning. Mizoram had become the third power-surplus state in the north-east after Sikkim and Tripura, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said today.
