The Narendra Modi government today said no one should to compare 7th Central Pay Commission report recommendations with those of the previous commissions. 7th Pay Commission has recommended real increase in minimum pay of 14.29 per cent while those given in 1996 and 2006 was 31 per cent and 51 per cent.
