Bharti Airtel

Indian Continent Investment has launched a block deal in telecom operator Bharti Airtel valued at approximately Rs 7,100 crore ($806 million). Indian Continent Investment is a promoter entity of Bharti Airtel. The offering involves 3.43 crore shares, equivalent to about 0.56% of the company’s outstanding share capital, by the selling shareholder. The shares are priced at an offer floor of Rs 2,096.70 each, representing a 3% discount to the stock’s last close of Rs 2,161.60 on the NSE as of November 25, 2025.

Indian Overseas Bank

Indian Overseas Bank has disclosed that it will receive an income tax refund of Rs 835.08 crore for Assessment Year 2022–23, following an order issued by the Income Tax Department to give effect to a ruling by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). In an exchange filing on Tuesday, November 25, the bank said it received the order under Section 250 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, dated November 21, 2025. The refund amount includes interest payable under Section 244A.

Indraprastha Gas

Indraprastha Gas (IGL) has entered into a joint venture agreement with CEID Consultants & Engineering to set up compressed biofuel and compressed biogas (CBG) projects, said the company in an exchange filing. The equity participation in the new entity will be split equally, with both partners holding 50% each. According to the disclosure, the JV’s board will initially comprise four directors — two nominated by IGL and two by CEID — and aims to build and operate biofuel assets as India scales up clean-energy infrastructure. 

NCC

NCC said it has received a letter of acceptance from the Public Works (Health & Education) Department, Assam, for the expansion and modernisation of Gauhati Medical College & Hospital in Guwahati. According to the company, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and covers a comprehensive scope of work for upgrading the medical college and hospital infrastructure. The contract carries a value of Rs 2,062.71 crore, excluding GST.

Jayant Infratech

Jayant Infratech has received an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contract worth Rs 161.68 crore from Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd, the company declared on November 25. “The design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning for up-gradation of existing 1×25 KV Electric Traction system into 2×25 KV Electric Traction system, etc., in the projects being executed by Konkan Railway Corporation Limited,” read an exchange filing.

Zydus Lifesciences

Zydus Lifesciences said it has received final approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for verapamil hydrochloride extended-release tablets USP in 120 mg, 180 mg and 240 mg strengths. The approved product corresponds to the US reference listed drug Calan SR extended-release tablets in the same strengths. Verapamil hydrochloride extended-release tablets are administered to lower high blood pressure, reducing the risk of serious cardiovascular conditions such as strokes and heart attacks.

Apollo Micro Systems

Apollo Micro Systems has entered into a strategic tri-party alliance with the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai (IIT-Chennai) and the Indian Navy’s Directorate General of Naval Armament Inspection (DGNAI). This collaboration, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to accelerate the development of cutting-edge defence technologies within the country.

NELCO

Tata Group company NELCO has received a significant regulatory boost, with the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Communications, granting the firm an additional authorisation — UL VNO-GMPCS — under its existing Unified License (Virtual Network Operator).
