The two firms will jointly support the rollout of Strategy Mosaic, which is described as an artificial intelligence-powered universal semantic layer.

Tata Power

Energy company Tata Power issued an update regarding the temporary suspension of operations at its power units located in Mundra, Gujarat. The company said it is working on the necessary measures required for restarting and expects operations to resume by December 31, 2025, subject to completion of safety and operational checks. The shutdown was earlier communicated through stock exchange filings.

RailTel

Public sector enterprise RailTel Corporation of India, which operates under the Ministry of Railways, announced a new order from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD). The company has been asked to design and implement an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) network.

Diamond Power

Electrical equipment company Diamond Power Infrastructure said it has received a significant order valued at Rs 747.64 crore from Adani Green Energy. The order covers the supply of 2,126 kilometres of 33 kilovolt (kV) high-voltage cables and 3,539 kilometres of 3.3 kV medium-voltage solar cables for renewable energy projects in Khavda and Rajasthan. The company noted that the contract value does not include Goods and Services Tax (GST) and that the purchase order has been issued on a per-kilometre rate basis with a price variation clause.

Hindustan Unilever

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) will separate its ice-cream business into a new company, Kwality Wall’s India Ltd (KWIL), and the record date is December 5, 2025. Anyone who holds HUL shares on this date will get one KWIL share for every one HUL share they own. December 4, 2025, was the deadline to buy HUL shares if investors wanted to be eligible for the demerger.

SEAMEC

Marine services company SEAMEC has finalised a new agreement with HAL Offshore for the deployment of its multi-support vessel SEAMEC Agastya, earlier known as NPP Nusantara.
