The new HTC Desire 526G+ is a dual SIM smartphone that promises multi-tasking, smooth browsing and video creation for the entry-level market.
The phone will come in two versions, a 8GB version at Rs 10,400 and a 16GB version at Rs 11,400, and will be available on Snapdeal.com from last week of January onwards.
With a 4.7-inch qHD (234 PPI) display, the phone is powered by a 1.7GHz Octa-Core processor with 1GB RAM. It will run Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC Sense.
The phone has an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera. Like most new phones out of Taiwan the phone will have two micro-SIM slots and will be compatible with GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz and WCDMA 900/2100MHz.
The micro-SD storage in both versions will support up to 32GB. There will be Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS and 3.5mm stereo audio jack.
The phone weighs 154g with the 2000mAh battery.
