Vivegam box office collection prediction: The Thala Ajith starrer Vivegam which hit theaters on Thursday morning has garnered overwhelming response from audiences on its opening day. The excitement of audience is widely visible as the movie has dominated advance booking windows. Several industry experts believe that the movie would easily surpass Rs 200 crore mark. Released on as many as 3,000 screens worldwide, Vivegam is the biggest project of Ajith’s career. According to a report by Indian Express, Vivegam is only the third film to release in 300 screens in Kerala after Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali and SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion.
Directed by Siruthai Siva, the movie has managed to set 200 plus screens in Karnataka and 450 screens combined screen in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana the report added further. The movie has been dubbed in Telugu language as well and has been named Vivekam. The screen count in Malaysia is 700 which is Ajith’s biggest opening in the country so far. In the US, it will have 160 screens. The film will also be releasing on a large scale in various other parts of the India and world, including UAE.
Ahead of the release, director Siva took to Twitter and said that he had dispatched all the prints to theaters so that fans could experience a smooth release. He tweeted, “Sai sai delivered all the prints in all formats thank u thala ajith sir and my team #vivegam respect and love to all (sic).”

Made on a whopping budget of over Rs 100 crore, Vivegam is Director Siva and Ajith’s third consecutive collaboration. The plot of the movie revolves around the life of an Interpol officer (Ajith Kumar) and how he leads a one-man mission to secure a device that contains details of activating a nuclear weapon.
Apart from Ajith, the movie also stars actors like Vivek Oberoi, Akshara Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal.
